Hi Jasmine,
A grand welcome to the forum.. :D
Would recommend that you conduct the climate/organizational survey or employee's feedback on the corporate culture..
Based on these one can plan or think of new ideas for HRD..which should be meaningful rather than just a sugar coated exercises/superficial approach to the real issues.
The formats for such exercise is available in this forum..please the use the tool quick search on the top left..
Based on your inputs one needs to have the following :-
1. Hire young/freshers
2. Time Management Training sessions
3. Attitude/soft skills as whether a glass is half full or half empty is a matter of one's approach to life.
4. Work life balance etc..
Many more ideas can shared by my colleagues if you tell us the real issues facing your organization.
Regards,

hello jasmine,
Put your mind, efforts on the followings in consultation with your authorities.
1. Try to bring down the working hours. 8-9 hours . that is all.
2. Try for job rotation.
3. Have cultural meet often.
4. Arrange for staff meeting often
5. Talk to the employees and try to know their reasons for this cause. Perhaps, a kind of questionnarie can be followed.
6. Arrange for in-house and also outside training programme.
7. Wherever necessary and if the vacancy is there try to fill up with young ones.
8. For each and every clarification, doubts or problem, talk to the elders and create a feeling that they are consulted because they also part of the system.
I am sure you will be in success. Put your efforts religiously. The result will be :)
wishes always
