We are a consulting firm working in Middle East & Gulf Recruitments.
We are currently looking for a HR Consultant for one of our clients in Construction domain for a temporary assignment of 3 Months.
Details as below:
Period of Hire : 2-3 months Full Time.
Qualification : MBA – HR Specialization,
Experience : Min. 5 - 10 years in HR Management with GCC experience.

Scope of work : Study current organization’s HR activities
Design and define HR activities
Include local laws into HR functions.
Prepare HR manuals, Policy and Procedure
Prepare Payroll Policy and Procedure
Prepare complete documentation.
Train HR manager of the organization on the new HR manual.
Remuneration : Open to discuss
