Hi members,
As you are all aware of the current market scenario and subsequent consequences with regards to handing over "Pink slip" or laying off employees. This has become a general trend.
Unfortunately, My organization also intends to do the same.
So I am required hand over a couple of "Pink slips".
If any of you can please provide to me the format. :!:
Thanks!

Hi...

It seems that you are also carried over by the Fancy words of US.. Don't think they are pink in color or that they will be given relieving letter in PINK ROSES... Its the same old fashioned TERMINATION LETTER any organisation would give their employees when want to get rid off them...

I hope your organization must be having regular format of termination letter, use that with a covering letter explaining the reasons and company's situation for removing employees.

Just dont forget to show some empathy towards the employee in the covering letter, so that s/he should not get the feeling of being kicked out of the office... (ie) safeguarding the self respect of your employee even while asking him to leave.

ALSO PLZ DONT USE THE WORD TERMINATION UNLESS THE LAY OFF IS DUE TO INTEGRITY ISSUES!! INSTEAD USE THE WORD RELIEVING LETTER / ORDER

And if you still insist on format i have few collected from web and attached below.

Regards
