Looking for a hosted HRIS

It is really a nice, informative forum.

I represent a mid size company (around 150 ppl, planning to grow to 250 by March 07)

I would like to know from the esteemed HR fraternity present here that if there is a standalone application available to automate HR function that is available as hosted web service. We cannot afford the big ERPs and also the big IT infrastructure requirements.

I wish to automate the HR function and management also supports it but as any small size company, HR comes last when it comes to investment priorities.

Vendors present here at the forum, please feel free to suggest your solution and also indicate cost involved (indicative) with your contacts so that I may reach you.

This is a common concern for midsize companies. The feature requirement is same as that of any big organisation but cannot afford to go for SAP or Peoplesoft...

As far as costings are concerned, it is pretty straight forward with no hidden costs. There will be one time implementation cost (this will be a variable of number of employees in your company. for 150 employees company this should be in the range of 10-20K)... and then there is per Employee per month charge. This depends on the modules you select. (Smiles being a fully modular application, you can actually pick and choose modules even in Web service option) This charge normally does not exceed Rs 150 PEPM (For full suite)

Our web service option is ideal for small and mid size company.
Also, full product licence is also available for inhouse deployment.

Our client list have names like Indian Oil, AIS, Hewitt, Teletech, Sony, GenesisPR to name a few.
