EPF means Employee Provident Fund which is contributed by both the employer & employee in the organisations .PF is caluculated 12% on basic or 780/- which ever is less , He/She is eligible for withdrawl of PF after 2 months of Resignation .Form-10 and Form19 shld be filld and submitted to the concern HR Dept for withdrawl ,it takes min 40 days for getting the amount from the PF office after submission. Form-13 is used for tranfering PF account from one organisaion to other.

1.Form 2-Nomination form
2.Form 5-New joinees
3.Form 10-Resinged ,termination, left, death
4.Form 12A-This is same like PF challan
Thease forms to be sent along with PF challan to the PF office every month within 25th day of the month.
5.Fom 3A-Individual PF contribution
6. Form 6A-Consolidated of 3A
These 2 can be submit every financil year
other than this we have
Claim forms
19-PF withdrawel
10C-Family pension
these two for only the person whom withdrawal by his pf by himself.
IF incase of person dead
Form 20-
Form 10D- to be filled by his nominee
Registers
Form 9-PF enrollment
These are the PF form and procedures if any doubt mail me at

Dear friends,
i whant to know abt the PT, can anybody help me out?
My doubts is if the company has a branches at other state and salary of employee is trasfered through net, than wheter we have to deduct P.Tax as per the employee residing state or from where the salary transfered.

dear manju,
i worked in kidao laboratories in mogappair - chennai from aug 2007 to july 2008 i payed pf for 10 months from my salary they didnt give me pf number and even immediately after my resignation i submitted my pf form with my bank account number xerox statements and they told they will fill the number and deliver me to bank account within 90 days but still i didnt receive any pf amount in my account if i go there to my office they not responding me properly, so i planned for legal act.for information few workers before me too didnt get any amount for more than 1 and half years kindly tell me how can i get my pf amount
