Experience: 2 – 4 years

Essential Job Requirements:

• Responsible for managing whole gamut of HR activities
• Must have 2 - 4 Years of experience in Core HR
• Experienced in handling employee development and relations i.e. Training and Development, Career & Succession Planning, Mentor Assistance Program, Work climate
• Designing employee related policies and processes
• Should have through experience in handling Performance Management
• Should have excellent People Management Skills
• Conduct periodic Company wide Employee Satisfaction Surveys
• Handling Payroll Function and HR records
• Handling of Visa process
• Establishing processes to improve overall efficiency
• Excellent communication skills – Verbal and Written - is a must
