Question PF Amount Withdrawl

Friends,
I was working for a Company X from Dec 1997 and contributing for my PF. Changed my job in 2001 to an IT company. I transferred my PF to this company which was maintaining the amount in a trust. in 2007 Sept, I quit my job for a job in USA. I submitted my withdrawal for. I find that the company has not paid my full PF amount and they have withheld the Employers contribution. Is this legal per PF rules?

Dear Anil

It is definitely subjected to legal action

But Prior to claim u must be in possesstion with your pay slips
given by the company in which your and employer contributions will be great help where u can show the lapses of non contribution by employer.

Remaining things PF people will help u to recover your amount

regards
