Thanks buddy.. can anyone throw some more light on the importance of recognition in an organisation? How to train line managers on giving positive feedback to their juniors. They think that recognition is not all that imp, only the annual increment is important. But don't u all think that if an employee(at a respectable position) is not congratulated on successful completion of a job, what the difference will a 10-15% annual increment make to motivate him/her?????
