It seems ur current organisation is not ready for flexibility then its not worth experimenting with them....
Try for a new job and leave the current....but only when u get a good offer in hand and take your client to new job place.....at least it will add value to new job place.....and surely u wil get good openings and business too....Goodluck!!!!
