HAPPY DEEPAWALI

I joined a Hospital as Manager (HR & IR), after submitting the resignation by previous Manager(P&A) and open advertisement in Daily News paper. Against that, I have been selected and join as Manager (HR & IR) in the same organisation and worked for 3+ months continously. After 3rd month my immediate boss said me search another job (without assigning any genunie reason/any kind of notice) immediately because our owner interesated to continue the job of previous manager.There is nothing else other then this reason. Which is clearly deception with me by the management. Due to this kind of act by the mgt. I lost my previous and current jobs. Due to home state employment, I resigned from my previous job of 3.50 Lacs (CTC) inplace of only 15,000/- per month salary(without any perks). Against this, I submit a complaint to M.D. and copy to the R.L.C.(C) of the concerned region but after elaps of more than one month nothing hear from both the parties.

Now, I am requesting you to kindly advise me legal action I can take against managment.
