Termination against asking for asking for salary raise.
Greetings hi all team members i do have a query about the termination notice period of an employee. i am hr in a start up company. an employee asked for the salary raise to the owner of the company who is associated with the company since past 1.6 years & about the few of the concern i will mention below. but in response to the email he immediately received the termination notice period because he asked about the salary raise & company protocols. now all the employees are worried about the same as nobody got the increment till now & even no certain standard rules are here in the company. employees of the company want to know what action can be taken against him. kindly help me out with suitable legal answer with the employment law. also i am mentioning the concerned point as below 1 public holidays 2 they are not closed on gazetted holidays 3 no specific leaves are being provided. 4 no specific work place is being provided. 5 instant termination on asking these above queries. please help me with the legal employment laws to answer them that what action can be taken. thanks stay blessed

Hi all we monitored one of the employee for a week who was working against the interest of the company .which included using company s infrastructure and bidding on the projects on elance /odesk/guru for individual projects.interacting with clients in the office premises. we have ample avidance and the screen shots for the same which proves that this action was being performed by them can any one suggest whether we can take any legal action against him or not.and if yes what it could be. it will be really great if some one can suggest me regarding the same. looking forward for the kind response from your end. thansk veronica
Query related termination letter of employee
Hi everyone we have terminated one employee in probation period for his misbehave with seniors and company managing director. for his exit formalities he is not ready to sign on termination letter and asking for relieving letter and experience letter.also we have not given him one month salary as he was in probation period. one month back we extended his probation. we have sent email to him for his extension of probation but we don t have any physical letter of the same. we have told him clearly that in case of termination under code of conduct we can t give you relieving letter and experience letter. but now he is still misbehaving and giving threatening for legal. he is denying for signing the termination letter. i want to confirm that at the time of termination if employee refuse to sign on the termination letter which is given by the company.what action do we need to take. please suggest. thanks shiavni

Hello i m working with fmcg company as manager from 1 year 3 months. suddenly on 10 jan 2014 company sent termination mail without any reason and without any notice.company has done this termination to all over india employees. and company did nt given my december mont. salary and not given ta da of month november and december can any one suggest me can i talk. legal action against company.
