Regarding withdraw of PF money

Hi,

I was working in a MNC, Software. Due to some problem they forced me to resigned. I had not resigned. The company had issued a letter to me that the company will terminate at any time. The company had stop my salary for last 3 months.

So please suggest me How could I got my Pf money without signature of the company authoraty?

However,u have not expalined your probolem in detail,so i will not be able to give any specific answer,dont now what is the reason.

As for as pf is concerned, that is your money and in safe hand i.e.Govt.Authority.
If your employer not ready to sign your widhdrawal form, you can get it signed from Local Tehsil office, any Panchayat pradhan or any authorised officer and submit it to the pf office.
