dissertation work

Hallo seniors,
I m in 3rd sem(HR).
In most of da org here I m applying to accomodate for my dissertation work . Till date i hav nt got any. I m tyring in Airtel - dere dey asked me to submit my resume (-which i did last week) . This they told me when my cousin (working dere) approached the HR for me.

But till date i hav nt got any response from them.
I hav requested my cousin to ask their HR abt it. ( But my cousin is nt
much helpful).

Tell me friends in such situation what should i do. I dont hav time in my hand.

Also tell me do they take interview b4 giving u the project? What kind of questions do dey generally ask?

now i hav got response from some org- they told me dat dey wl take my interview to decide whether dey wl accomodate me for dissertation work in their org.
So, Seniors plz guide me on what possible questions they may ask........

Hi Snowhite,

I am a HR Faculty with management institute in Nagpur.
I would first ask you to get a clear idea of what actually a "project" is.
Most of the times company people will ask you about Basic HR questions- Importance of HR in today's times; qualities of HR, Why this topic for study? etc.
But the MOST IMPORTANT question will be around the Title of your disertation work. SO be Prepared for that. Whatever your topic is get the concepts clear. Also if you have formed a Hypothesis be sure of that.
At last remember that You have Add value to your work by giving the company some meaningful Suggestions or recommendations ,if any ,arise after your work.
