I have recently joined a pvt ltd firm into Skin Care. I am currently working on Incentive schemes for those who work as support functions like the receptionist and assistant helpers. Kindly help me with any questionnaire based on soft skilled that can help me assess their skills set. I felt one way is working on 360 Degree Feedback Assessment form.
