 PF for temporaty employees & probationary employees..??
Dear All,
Is pf mandatory for all the employees, such as probationary, contract and consultants in a comapany? In our comapany there are some temporary employess who have not been covered under Pf. If it is mandatory then, how to cover an employee who has not been covered under pf let say, from past an year?
