Provident Fund Withdrawal

Hi

I am working in a software company

For the Purpose of buying a land say for Eg Total Cost is 1 Lac including Registration

1. How much amount can I withdraw in my PF (Employee and Employer)
2. What is the way/Procedure to get the PF withdrawal
3. How many days required to get the amount.
