 Coverage under ESI
Dear All,
1.WE hire crane services on hrly/ daily / weekly/ monthly basis. Agency deploys its own operator & helper ( 02 Nos.). They work in premises covered under ESI. Whether ESI contribution will be payable on salary paid to these persons by agency?
2. We hired one taxi for utilization of our CEO. The payment is on monthly rental + mileage . Whether ESI Contribution will be payable on salary paid to driver by agency?
