dear sree,
Read about the delimna of your marketing head.It is a sensitive issue.In an org there is always someone who can take on the responsibilities in the absence of the appointment holder,albiet for a short period.Since ur company has helped him out so much,alittle more wont do any harm.The question is how much is alittle more.If the problem is temporary then some more time and support from the org would be in order.If the problem is a more permanent one , one can always request the individual to resign.Remember this should be done after due deliberation, and by the highest level of ur companys management.A person should understand that he has been helped by the org.From the manmanagment point of view,a person stands by the org which stands by him

Catch 22 is a situation, which is a messed one. Which comes the first? "The Egg r the Chick". And also called as Conandrum.
