Default Opportunities in DUBAI

Hi all,

I am working as a HR Generalist in a small software company, but still waiting for a proper break both in terms of growth as well as monetary returns.

One of my friend suggested that there is a huge demand for HR professionals in Middle East. I just wanted to know as to how is the scope for HR in coming days and would it be a right choice to choose Dubai for my further growth in HR.

If yes i would request anybody to please post as to what is the procedure to be followed.

Thank you all in advance.
Regards,
Sridhar.

There Are Many Positions In Hr In Dubai But Only For Mallus...............

Because 100% Indian Placement Agents Are Mallus And Their Employment Exchange Is Only For Promoting Mallus............

Even If Your Resume By Mistake Reach To The Desk Of Any Of The Recruiting Companies Office Or Client Office The Person Who Scrutinize All This Application Will Be Only Mallu Or Philipine They Will Filter Your Resume For Their Candidate...................

This Is General Practice Here... Don't Panic Of Surprise This Is Deep Routed And No Cure Has Been Invented In Arabic World Because They Bother Only For Filling Of Vacancy Irrelevent Of Judging Caliber Or Qualfication Of Person.

Most Of Them Are Under Qualified And Not Relevent Experience Too. For your kind information the resume you are sending is utilised for replacing their faverable candidates name and address on your resume to project him as candidate. Most of them are with fake certification and have deep inside system embeded where they manage to skip authentication and verification process for origional certifications. THis is primarily required only if desire to bring family. But there are other ways and means avilable to hide certifications.

He may be working as mechanical engineer and have quaification B.Com. He may be driver but will work as Hotel Staff etc

Warm Regards

Rashid
