Hi Friends,
Appreciate if you could throw some light on the amended hours of work for contract labor.
What is the legal stand if Security Guards are made to work for 12 hrs per shift by paying double the Basic for the extra hours of work put in. Are we statutorily compliant?
I require a policy for employees to work on shifts and Transport policy for employees to be picked up from home and droped back to there residents can kindly anyone share this with me.
