Hi Budding Managers & Academics,
This is my 18th year in the Industry and I intend to share my experience with you all. I am authoring about 25 article in various International and National Journal & magazine on Strategic, HR/IR and general management areas.

I am at present working with a project related to authoring a book on HRM for MBA Students, keeping in mind current industry practices and relevancy in Indian context. It is proving time and again that cut paste management from international books does not work here much.
To enable me to reach to different part of India I am earnestly requesting you all to provide me the syllabus of MBA - HRM of various Indian University.
I will be start writing the book by mid of November'08 thus need to complete the research about the tentative content of the book by one week.
Any relevent inputs regarding designing and style shall be heartily welcome.
I once again request you to provide me all your courseware details of HRM specialization of MBA at the earliest.
