Default salary breakup

Dear all esteemed members,
Can anyone tell me the ideal salary break up for an small organization with the staff size of 50.And also the maximum %age of basic salary and Hra that can be taken as per the laws and its implications.

Hi,

BAsic Salary would be 50%

Hi Raj,

The Basic can be fixed from 40% to 50% from the CTC, and HRA can be fixed 50% from the Basic.

hi dear hr members,

can anybody tell me about the salary calculations in case of leaves? should salary be calculated on the basis of whole 30 days or excluding off days?
