Smile Senior Positions - how to prepare recruitment and interview questions

Dear all,

I'm glad I have found your community, and glad to see all those great advices. Thank you for that again.

Here is a little problem I have. Since about year I have been recruiting for junior positions in our company.
Not much experience, as for an small production company.

However, now I'm facing the problem of recruiting people for senior positions, which in my opinion are much different than junior positions.
So, here is my problem. I need to recruit sales manager and production manager. I would like to use Behavioural interviewing for that purpose.
But, I'm not quite sure weather is that good idea.
More, I think that I should change questions to managers, because they should be different from those to junior positions. Change? But how?
Which questions are important to ask? Which questions should I ask.

Any help will be much appreciated.
Thank you,
Martin
