Our company is a business Consulting company, as a part of Training and development, the HR department has taken an initiative of conducting role play sessions for employees, I would appreciate, if any one of you share your thoughts on role play situations, i have been trying to collect material in the form of case studies and real time situations. which could be addressed without hurting the ego and can be effective. so I am looking forward for favorable replies from all the senior and HR professionals in this regard.
