Default Appreciation gift for employees

Hi All,

I am working as a HR Executive in american based company. And we are planning to come up with the best performer of the month activity.
And i have been asked to give it some name and also the prize along with the certificate.

I wanted you all to help in suggesting some good name for this and also the prize or gift we can distribute to the best performer.

Seniors kindly advice.

Regards,

hi manji we use this at the company i work with and we called ( the company name beside star of the month ) and the prize to give him a thanks certificate and put his picture on the company magazine on the cover page beside a c.v. of his good job and its more perfect to give him a money prize according to the income increase in your company or decrease in cost or time .

Hi Manji

It is a very good system to motivate the employees. This kind of reward (money or gift) can boost the employees morale and work performance. They will be happy and sure they can concentrate on more production. Kindly implement the system immediately.

Hey

u can call him as "Rock star of the month".. i think the appreciation certificate along with a small gift (like Deo, Box of choclate, etc) will be the best option.

Hi Manjeet,

We have the same kind of activity conducted for every quarter for all the departments. From each department there will be a peroformer and we name him after his department..like Best Recruiter, Best Sales Executive, Best Operation Executive.. with a momento, Certificate and cash Prize so that it can be a memorable one in his show case. Best department will be given the rolling Shield.
