Best HR practices in large projects

Hi everybody!!!

I have joined this site sometimes back and have been following the posts closely and am happy to find that there's something for everyone connected with HRM.

To introduce myself, I hail from Kolkata and have been in a Generalist HR role for about 12.5 years.

I had been in Textiles, Asbestos, Poultry, Cement and just recently have joined a large Thermal Power Project in UP as head of HR.

Since I am new to the infrastructure sector and learning has no end, I would request one and all to share their views / experience / knowledge on BEST HR PRACTICES IN A LARGE PROJECT SITE.

I will be avidly waiting for the valuable contributions from you all.
