psychometric test for recruiting hi all..
i am an MBA student. Of late i have been working on designing a psychometric test for recruiting manger level employees.
I have done the first 2 phases of planning and designing the test. However I am finding problem in the analysis part. It ia a multiple option questionnaire. Can anyone help me to carry my research further. Also, if you could suggest any book regarding this , then please reply.
