This an HR OD SEction Head and I am working for a company applies the OD processes for the first time , i am face very hard resistence form all the line managers concerning the development i need to do and each one is expressing his opinion as it is for voting bearing inmind that we are as adepartment not reporting to the chairman,is that the reason and what is the solution.???
