Default Bad Bosses-survival Guide

Read this ebook I received from a friend.
It's really interesting.
Share your experience?

I once worked for a boss who is such a bully, whine like a 5 year old,and stomp her feet if things does'nt go her way.
It happened behind doors. Worst, her tiny size hide her Jekyl & Hyde side.
She goes through my file,in my absence, I was told she even listens to my conversation. Imagine, she come to my desk checking my work, an average of 8 times a day, everyday! She'll be unhappy if I clock out-office time, and there was time she stood right in front of the door. Most of her top priority work will be dump after office hour, to be finished on the same day. And the mess I had to clear and take the blame for it, I almost had a nervous breakdown! No one were good enough for her,her staff keep changing.
But, when she's really herself, she is really nice and sweet. Now, how do you handle that

I see 600+ views, and 1 comment. Cant imagine how many downloads.
I say, we are 'scared' of giving our true thoughts, or simply ignorant ?

Hi Azi,Though I had bad bosses too, the reasons were quite different and my fight was for justice to all at all times. So, I did have some bad experiences but then this seems to be a feeling of insecurity because you do your job well and hence may at some point of time replace your boss. That is what is actually scaring her. I am sure, you found a way out after reading through the book. Can you please send across the book as I am unable to open the file since it is corrupted? Awaiting a quick revert from your end. My mail-id is regards,Swaminath Adabala

I strongly disagree with the statement that a majority of achievement is becasue of attitude. Had that been so, there would be no talent management requirement. Secondly, spontaneous attitude based on individual passion works more in the long run than forced attitude. Have a look at the mypyp blog in the digital signature below.

Where values are concerned, it is more important to be able to implement them in all circumstances which is not often the case.
