LEARNING FOR EMPLOYEES:Pastures are not always green at other side, think thoroughly before change. Job Security is extinct word,Politicians are ready to support with their vested interest w/o bothering for industry's health which will affect all in long run,Industrial terrorism may have short term gains but not permanent solution.
