Dear Friends,

I work as an HR in a start up Company and the Management wants me to prepare policies including compensation.
Im new in Qatar can you guys help me please.

Dear Shahed

You need to give some more information and accordingly we can suggest you . I have some policy manuals (Sample) you have an idea of structuring it I guess. But again as far as development is concern you need to do it as per your company objectives. Send your email ID in next message.

am working in a up coming tv channle(news) as hr we need to paln all most all the policies can u guys plz help me .

Hi, I am deputed from India to review the HR policies for a baking production unit in Saudi. Since the labour laws are different, i need to have a better insight into the policies in Saudi which will help me re-engineering the same (building block)

If you share the sample manual, it will be wonderful
