To make HR policies for your organisation first of all you have to make your organisational objectives clear in terms of what organisation would liek to achieve?
Secondly you have to study local labour law.
Thirdly you have to discuss with your business partners and try to have inerviews with managers and other employees to find out what employees want?
After compiling and analysing all data, start formulating HR policies and get it signed off by management.
