Hi all...Pls help me out!

hi everyone...I have just joined this forum. I am from Ahmedabad. I am in my 3rd semester of PGDBM . I have around six months of experience in Recruitment consultancy. But my college does not provide me specialization in HR.
Just to keep my edge in HR I did my summer Internship in HR fromSuzlon Energy Ltd. and right now doing diploma in Strtegic HRM.but because of the non availability of HR specialisation not a single company is coming for HR profile.

I am really worried my career opportunities. please help me out. kindly suggest me what should I do to build my career in HR.

Its nice to hear that you wanted to develop your career in Human Resources and as u mentioned that your college does not support for HR stream and your diploma course also....

here what i can suggest you is, that you got 6 months of experience in Recruitments and and my objective towards is gain some more real experience in recruitments for about 2 + years and from that point of time you can take some initiative and learn some technicquines towards the Generalist skills and mean time some institute runs some teachining programs towards the upgrading the skills and you can learn them and all time contact to your sr for more help and take inititative where you work and then u can become full time real HR and for this takes lot of time...
