venturing into contract staffing

Hi seniors,

kindly advice me on the statutory requirements before venturing into the contract staffing, would a registration, the capacity to look at pf,esi,salary etc of the candidate would be fine or something elso is also required

It depends on Companies rules and regulation...In addition to that U need to have IT returns documents,Firm registration docs,ID address proofs etc..
