Default Recruitment and T&D process

Hello frds...

I want to discuss a very interesting topic..


Whether recruitment and T&D process remain same in a manufacturing firm...... Let us say if company is of chemical then its recruitment process and T&D process is similar to a pharmaceutical company ....

According to me it should be similar....

Yes Sunil..

recruitments in manufacturing are almost similar as in any other industry, but
understanding competencies is very important aspect of the profile., particularly technical & functional competencies , while in other sectors like service, behavioral competencies are graded more.

say a maintenance engineer is interviewed on list of utilities he is exposed like Boiler, HVAC, Chillers, cooling tower ,etc
