Post Job Responsibilities....

hi

I'm workin with the IT company where we have recently started RPO (Overseas)Team as trial basis. Till now all the recruitment work was done by HR team only for internal purpose.

So now i need to prepare the guidelines for the RPO team with their Job Responsibilities including Team Head and executives.

Seniors please guide me in preparing their JR apart from normal responsibilities like

Team Head:

Interacting with the Client for understanding of the requirement.
Allocating the work to the team once the requirement comes.
Helping and Guiding the team for any issues.
Getting quality work done by the team in stipulated time or ahead of time.
Mentoring and counselling the team.

Executive:

Sourcing and shorlisting the candidated from the Portal after taking preliminary round.

Our BDM wants Team Head to report him directly and our Management wants the same thing to be done.
(Note: BDM will always coordinate with the RPO TEAM)

So please tell me what is the correct proceedure to be followed.

Thanks,
SM

To make it more clear Management wants Team Head to report directly to the Management (MD).
