| | You can have gather all the staff at any suitable point in the office premises for Birthday celebration and shoot the mail to all the employees, also you can present a Birthday Card along with flowers. The birthday card can have the signature of all the the concerned employees, if the number is more you can have the signature of Head and all HOD. At the time of the celebration you can distribute Pastry/Sweets to all the employee. Also you can invite the Birthday Boy for telling his/her best moments in the Company or any jokes or any humurous moments which can be shared at that time.
But also in my opinion the celebration should not take more time and it should be concluded in a very short span.

| | Hi Pravinaa
Greetings of the Day !
As per me, the day should be very memorable for the employee.
Everything depends upon the budget of the company.
The Employee should be given 1/2 day holiday alongwith some gift to enjoy with his family / friends. If possible, some meal vouchers can be arranged with the help of corporate deal. A voucher of some recreation park will add flowers to the celebration.
Regards

| | Hi,
You could also gift him/ her a gift voucher from Sodexo, or gift a voucher for any eating outlets. One more creative idea is invite all the staff members to be present on the last friday in that month and probably cut a Big Cake on behalf of all the team members who have celebrated their birthday in that particular month.

| | Hi
If you have any HR board at the entry to your office or near the swipe machine , which can be noticed by everyone entering , then a Birthday wish can be displayed on it .This also gives a chance to the other employees to know a colleagues birthday and wish him.
