 Salary For Expat Employees
Hi everyone!
I would appreciate if anyone can share comments on attached Salary Structure which I prepared for Expat employee (Korean) for our Chennai plant. This person wants 1600000 per annum net salary . Now I have certain questions.
1. Do we need to deduct PF from his Basic?
2. This candidate want House, Car , Pertrol and once in year Korea trip on account of our company account.
3. He also want that his salary should be 1600000 per annum excluding TAX. How can we do so????
