Default TVRLS(TV Rao learning systems) course/certification in Assessments and competency map
Hi Members/Seniors,

Please help me in choosing the right course/certification in Assessments and competency mapping.

I do have around five years of experience in recruitments and looking for some certifications in these areas.

I have gone through TVRLS(TV Rao learning systems) and couple of consultancies programmes.

Please suggest how effective they are?

Are these certifications help in Boosting the career?

Do they have industry standards?

Please suggest.
