 Eithical Issues to be faced by Freshers! Need Advice Please!!
Hello All,
I am a HR Fresher & now recently joined a consultancy as an IT recruiter. My querry is that:
1. my HR is asking for my latest marksheet of my MBA to be kept with her, stating it as an "Retention Policy". I do not agree, is it right on the HR's part to do so?
2. HR is as well asking to remove my profile from the job portals and says it is a company policy to do so? So, what should I do now?
Please seniors guide me for the same!! Please!!!
