Many potential employees issued pink slips, recruitment drive carried out for years goes waste, no job security, employees fear "it could be me next" syndrome..HR departments industry wide show concern as the global meltdown will affect them in one way or the other... To make things worse, media blows the issue, political parties involve themselves in putting fake pressure...where does all this take us?
I guess this will make a good case study for all Entrepreneurs and HR professionals. What went wrong, how it could have been controlled and what would u do if you were in the decision making position.
