Must have experience as:-
· Need good years of overall IT experience including experience of SAP HR/HCM functional experience including implementations and upgrades of SAP HR R/3 systems, Versions (4.6, 4.7, ECC 5.0, ECC 6.0)
· Experienced as SAP HR/Payroll and Benefits. Functions include ABAP development and maintenance programming and configuration.
· SAP/HR Functional Analyst
· Specialize in HR business processes with extensive experience in configuration of US Payroll
· Demonstrated proficiency in implementing and configuring Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), Organization Management and Benefits modules
· Experience in3 full life cycle implementations for detailed analysis, conceptual design, blue printing, go live and post go live, using excellent logical skills to process design, development & implementation, Post-Production Support
· Well Experience with Systems Analysis & Design methodology; System Development Life Cycle
Able to Configure and maintained the master data of the company using the transactions PA20, PA30 and PA40.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Qualification:

Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Required Technical Proficiencies:-
· Sap Hr Functional Skills: SAP HR/HCM R/3 systems Versions (4.6, 4.7, ECC 5.0, ECC 6.0)

· Primary Skills: Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organization Management
Secondary Skills: Benefits, Time Management, Personal Development.

Experience:
Atleast 5 - 10 years of HR experience.

Attributes:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
