Default How to solve the conflicts between the employees?

We're a software development company. I feel that any company which is into services have to face sometimes the cribbs &cries of the client. Ultimately pin-pointing starts between the developers of respective project.

Once we faced a big argument between two developers blaming each other & that carried to a fight. At last they came to me with red faces and complaining each other.
I told them that I am not running a kindergarten. But, what is an ultimate solution in such cases. These are not kids but professionals.

Default Have a cool move

Dear Devi

Greetings.

Any people fights in side the premises has to be handled meticulously. You have to counsel them separately about the ethics of office and how the decorum of the office has to be maintained. By counselling them you must also send the message to other team members that infights are not allowed inside the office. Any repetition take serious step of oral reprimand or written letter calling for explanation.

Cheers

Trisha

Dear Devi,
as you have updated that the fight was happened out side the premises and if its non working hours then you can just tell them seperatly that whatever they had done is not acceptable thats all.

but if its on working hour then i will suggest that issue them a warning letter stating that if something happens again then that will be upto the termination and company will not accept it in any case because while working in the company they have to adhere the company rules and regulations.

I know these rules and regulations are meant for employees so that a company decorum should follow and to maintain the discipline.

Regards,

You can initiate dialogue with them to solve that conflict. Talk it out, encourage them to talk and resolve it.
