Thanks for all of you for your warm welcome to this forum. There are a lot of youth in HR forums and I feel some times out of touch with the young minds, their aspirations and experiences. I think HR is one field which prepares future CEOS. If you want to be one of them you need to plan your time well to learn right things besides doing things right. I will be happy to share whatever little I can. Thanks for your warmth again.
