Training Executive needed in Hyderabad

Hi All,

I'm looking for a Training Executive in Hyderabad.
Experience: 3-5 yrs

Skills : Should be able to manage the Training Operations independently.
Should be having min 3 yrs experience in Training operations from IT services Company.
Ideal candidate will be with strong communication skills, presentation skills with experience in preparing Training calendar, training coordination, identifying training freelancers/consulting firms for different technologies.
Should have very good process knowledge on the Training development life cycle.
Should have experience in Drilling reports, metrics etc…
Experience in Instructional Design would be an added advantage.

Job Description: Will sync with the delivery team, identifying training requirements from various avenues, planning, designing, executing periodic Trg Calendar, identifying internal / External trainers, coordinating for the training execution, preparing monthly quarterly reports, calculating Training Effectiveness, ROI on training,etc..,
