Pls kindly advise for the best solution for the below issue:
I have been joined representative company as community consultants as direct report to head office in Vietnam which always contact by phone and emai; in the representative office has only 2 staffs: one as operation consultant and me.
She worked for the company over 2 years and she seem not happy at all for my joining:
1. She always need my report and know all my activity which actually i have supervisor in Vietnam; i try to cc her every report but she still not happy.
2. she got all my ideas and output; then call and inform my supervisor before i do my report.
3.My supervisor ask her such a time to let me to be a leader of project but not cooperate.
4. She never finish on her job,mainly operation, and always get in my project; it is positive support due to she often frozen it.
5.I try to compromise and work with her closely but this seem useless whatever task she pass to me she will come in the middle of processing like i do trainging field staff, she will comment directly which i have her comment before.
6.Now i seem to have more pressure due to new supervisor in Vietnam, not much work/output due to less coopeart from her and my contract will be expire in 3 months.
7. Or this is the signal to let me know to find another job but base on open ended contract they have to written within 2 months notice in advanve. my contract was done with another company due to they mentioned that at that time they did not get the license yet and my budget from marketing side.
