International Outbound Callers required

Dear All,

Newgen is recruiting about 50 people for its health care division. (7th R team at unit 4).

Candidates would have to come down to unit 4 at Chinna Neelangarai (chennai) for a written test and then a personal interview upon clearing the English test.

Part time option available too.

Skill set required:

1. Any graduation or diploma.
2. Very good communication skills.
3. Fresher / relevant experience in call centre or any other experience.
4. Age no bar.

This in an outbound call center wherein the candidate would have to call up USA customers and get them to pay their bills they had not paid for various reasons. The employee would have to convince and persuade the customer to pay the bill. The candidate would have to be smart and aggressive.

Training would be given to all the candidates.

Home pick up and drop would be provided for employees. The shift timings would be night shift and food coupons would be provided to all the employees which could be redeemed at Unit 4 canteen.
