Dear all,
i have a naukri portal and i want to do some parttime with that.
i can only source the CV's to the consultants according to the need of the profile.

How much would you charge for the same? I can pay you only after a candidate is selected. I will pay you 25% of revenue. Pls confirm if it is okay.

I will only provide the CV's. i can't do any other thing like calling, follow up with the candidates as well as with the companies.

Hi Nipuna,
If you can only provide CV then i will not be able to share 25% revenue.
For only providing CV's we can work on 10% of revenue share. Please let me know if interested.

I tell you, closing a position is a very exhaustive process. Not every position gets closed at the blink of an eye. You may have to be sending innumerous CV's and there may still be probability that none gets selected or may be even your 1st CV can get selected too. So patience is the key and there has to be promptness at your end.
