 Looking for Psychometric Testing packages
Hello,
I just recently started to work for a very small start-up airline in Canada, a little north of Ontario. We plan to mainly operate 5-10 seater aircraft in this area.
We are looking for suitable candidates to fill vacant positions, mainly pilots and a few aircraft engineers. There seems to be many qualified applicants for a very few spots and I plan to boil this down to the ones who display the highest aptitude in addition to flawless resumes.
I am in charge of recruiting and looking at a professional psychometric testing kit (preferably on paper). What I have heard from friends in the aviation industry, I believe this ability test should include spatial reasoning, numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, and abstract reasoning, etc. A few friends have also suggested some companies to pursue but I want to see for myself the options I have here and any suggestions maybe!
Can anyone guide me please?
