Hello Sir,
This is Revathi-Admin Manager of MahaaSoft-Chennai. I m in trouble to
calculate the salary for the employee. Kindly send me the structure to
calculate the salary which should contain PF,ESI,etc... Kindly help me to
overcome this trouble. |

Thank u very much for sending me the payroll structure and payslip.
But now our company is asking the advanced structure for payroll and payslip could you help me, please send me the advance structure to calculate the salary and to make payslip. Kindly help me how to calculate the gross salary from that how to calculate the cost to the company,netpay,basic salary,pf,esi,allowace etc. Kindly help me .I m in very big trouble. I m waiting for ur kind reply.

There are standard format commonly used by the organisatin which contains so many fields, etc.
Since you are in chennai, i have a suggestion. As i am coming to chennai on 10th morning from delhi....you can talk to me..i will handover a copy of the pay slip and also discuss with you.
